Mynizaga Consulting, LLC (DBA Mynizaga) is an authorized channel partner for a large Private Family Office based in Canada.
As the organization has grown over almost 20 years, it is also evolving. We recently implemented equity financing along-side our long time offering of debt financing.
Mynizaga is the lender of record for the program.
Mynizaga 's own referral agents will continue to own the client relationships. Repeat clients will come back to Mynizaga and the referral agents for additional loans requests.
Mynizaga utilizes the Multiples Program for a 3x or 4x leverage of the required set aside deposit.
Mynizaga will take in an application and the intake package. We have multiple 3rd party relationships that we can refer clients to so as to obtain the required set aside deposit that is needed to obtain the multiples financing. However, many of our clients have their own company funds in order to do so.
